SAP Application development and support

Implementation of comprehensive support and development of the SAP system deployed and used in productive operation in the following areas:

• SAP ERP (BC, FI, FI-AA, CO, MM, SD, PM, PP).

Implementation of comprehensive support and development of the integration part of the implemented SAP system solution into external system (Banking system, …)

Responsibility for the implementation of SAP system support and development work related to conducting consultations, resolving incidents and customer-defined Change Requests:

• Analysis and processing of a comprehensive initial solution design,
• System setup and parameterization,
• Implementation of the necessary development (SAP ABAP) to ensure customer requirements,
• Implementation of testing and verification of the deployed functionality of the solution,
• Implementation of training for key and end users of the system,
• Comprehensive implementation of end user support after the solution is put into productive use.
